Since 1978, Steve has been working to solve staffing issues for client companies and applicants in the Philadelphia area. During his career, Steve has held positions from Training Director to Vice President to General Manager. Along the way, he has received several awards, including Employee of the Year, Top Recruiter, and Outstanding Manager. Steve’s focus on personal service and his dedication to “doing the job right” have led to his success.
Steve’s professional commitment to quality and ethical service is a reflection of his personal life. He is devoted to his family, enjoys the arts, and is an advocate of children’s charities.

Al White’s Bio
You won’t find another recruiter who offers more honesty, helpfulness, and dedication to his clients than Al White. With over 30 years of recruiting experience, Al offers a tremendous level of service to his clients and applicants.
Prior to founding WR Placement with co-owner, Steve Rhoades, Al was a top recruiter at another local firm, earning Counselor of the Year from 1984 through 1989. With persistence, Al creates deals that are mutually beneficial for employer and employee. Al believes that maintaining communication between parties is often the key to successfully placing a candidate and filling positions.
