For Hiring Companies

”We treat our clients the way we would want to be treated if we were on the other side of the table.”

Contingency Search

WR Placement recognizes that your time is a precious commodity. With that in mind, we don’t waste your time discussing candidates that don’t fit your needs. It’s not our style to assault you with mass mailings or frivolous calls. Our goal is to save you time by listening to your needs and responding with a high degree of reliability and sensitivity. A growing segment of our business is based on retainer searches, where we can focus all our energy on your needs for a key position. We spend our time identifying highly qualified candidates and enthusiastically presenting the opportunities that you have to offer.
