Internet Application Developer

.Net/C#. front end oriented programming /coder position (new grad -$40K to Sr level -$100K) with a great software development firm in Conshohocken. This is a very flat organization and everyone codes, even the CTO… They operate in a Scrum environment. 90% coding for all. NO architects. Techie family style casual environment with a group that likes to have fun together. Flex time (but must be there for 9 am daily scrum). Good benefits, bonuses, etc.

They have a list of project ideas “a mile long”, and not enough engineers to get them done. They work on new versions of the website and API often, so it won’t take long to get your work out in front of our millions of users.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fluid start-up environment (although this is a very successful firm and over 10 years since starting-up) and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work.

The position requires a B.A. or B.S. degree (U.S. degree preferred) in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. The candidate should have experience developing web-based applications. The position requires broad experience and knowledge of various web technologies with a solid grounding in software design. As a member of our team, the candidate will participate in defining and developing technical features of our application, and see the development process from inception to release. Strong experience with application development, particularly in middleware design and implementation, is required for this position. Experience with Microsoft technology is required. Our environment is challenging, but creative. All team members are exceptionally technical, and all are hands on.
Technical Skills Required:

• Must have excellent communication skills and be passionate about developing software and the work they do.
• Must have Object Oriented Language experience and actually use it in their job
• Must have a strong background and actively using web technologies such as HTML, ASPX,  XML, JavaScript, C#, JQuery, Ajax, MVC.
• Visual Studio.Net 2008/2010 using 3.5 framework (and above)
• .Net Web Services using 3.5 framework (AKA….WCF)
• SQL Server 2005/2008. Strong background with SQL, T-SQL. Strong background in stored procedures.
